Executive Director

The Executive Director(ED) is responsible for providing leadership and direction in alignment with the implementation and ongoing refresh of the Strategic Plan set by the Board of Directors to carry forward the mission of Cana Family Institute(CFI). The ED has primary responsibility for:
- Overseeing and managing all mission-aligned organizations and program-related partnerships.
- Leading, coaching, and developing organizational leaders by ensuring ongoing formation and training.
- Serving as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
- Securing resources to support the organizational mission and vision in conjunction with the Board of Directors and staff.
- Providing daily administration and financial oversight.

Marketing and Communications Manager

The Marketing and Communications Manager oversees all internal and external communications ensuring its message is consistent and engaging as well as applying Cana's brand as it relates to the development of content used in these various platforms, activities, and publications of Cana Family Institute.

As the leader of a mission outreach team, the ideal candidate seeks to accompany the Cana team members in advancing partnerships with parishes and Catholic schools facilitating growth among the team and ultimately making an impact in families we serve through our programs.

The Partner Success Manager of St. Paul & Minneapolis, MN is responsible for assisting parishes and Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis, MN in reaching their goals to attract, form and launch disciple families. As the member of a mission outreach team, the Partner Success Manager will form relationships with parish and school leaders to advance opportunities to partner with them to grow the number of families engaged in their small group ministry.
